Description:

Project planning involves breaking down works into tasks, estimating task durations, and establishing task dependencies. The outcomes are displayed in tables, a Gantt chart, and a dependency diagram. These visuals can be accessed on mobile devices, exported as PDF or CSV files, viewed remotely, or printed.
This tool is specifically tailored for phones and tablets, focusing on data input efficiency and result clarity rather than compatibility with existing software. Key features include task durations in whole working days, emphasizing the predecessor-following task links, and presetting all necessary information.
While versatile for all project types, users requiring hourly precision should consider the "Short Project Planning" program.
Furthermore, if you have projects saved in Microsoft Project's mpp or xml formats, this tool seamlessly reads and converts them.
Distinct features of this program include identifying critical paths by categorizing tasks into essential and ancillary types, disregarding ancillary tasks for margin calculations and critical path identification. It also allows defining events separate from tasks to highlight them on schedules without affecting margin calculations.
Notable components unique to this program are the dependency diagram for visualizing task links, automatic holiday considerations, task grouping capabilities, four link types (begin-to-end, begin-to-begin, end-to-end, end-to-begin), detailed margin calculations, Gantt charts display critical paths, responsibilities assignment, workload tracking, progress monitoring, unlimited project creation with XML file storage support, sequential project editing management, no constraints on task/group/event quantities, exporting planning results in CSV or PDF formats, storing additional project information freely, extensive data import/export options including cloud backups and email attachments,
This tool's features also include displaying advertisement banners. Users seeking an ad-free experience can consider purchasing the "Project Planning Plus" program on the Play Store which offers all functionalities of this tool while preserving data compatibility between both programs.
